Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy If You Cancel:

Cancel On or Before April 30, 2025: Full cancellations by April 30, 2025, will receive a refund for all tuition paid minus the $35 non-refundable deposit per week. All registrations are final and non-refundable on or after May 1, 2025.

Cancelation Due to Illness or Injury after May 1, 2025:

Participants who withdraw for illness or injury will be eligible for an account credit equal to 50% of the registration fee for that week providing they give notice in writing accompanied by a signed note from a physician. No credit will be considered without a note from a physician.

SWITCHING WEEKS

Participants who wish to change camp programs or camp weeks will be accommodated for a $50 fee provided:

1)  Cardinal Soccer Camps receives notice in writing at least 2 weeks prior to the scheduled camp date they are requesting to move from

2)  There is space available in the week they wish to move into

NO SHOWS:

Participants who do not attend their registered session (for any reason, including illness, injury or vacation) or who do not contact Cardinal Soccer Camps in writing to cancel by the refund dates listed, will not receive a refund or credit.

Make-ups and inclement weather

We rarely cancel camp due to weather. However, based on the very best up-to-date weather radar forecasts the directors will make the decision to call camp before storms arrive should they deem it unsafe for the players and no possibility of a period of play. If bad weather does cause us to lose time on the field, we cannot guarantee that time will be made up and we do not provide refunds for weather cancelations.
